Rare ones are much more likely to spawn with good ephixes.
Added a few new case types that serve as cube regents. Remove the most classic LoD cube recipes, adding plenty of new recipes. It also includes other changes such as unlimited free respecs, nihlathak portal remains open, make cow portal after killing king, move cain closer to Act 5 waypoint/stash, show item level on tooltips, etc. As othere have said, that's exactly what PlugY is.
